Production & Delivery
Each item is made to order, created specifically for you once your purchase is placed. This approach allows focus on quality, craftsmanship, and sustainability. Thank you for supporting made-to-order apparel - we believe pieces made with intention are worth the wait.
Production Time
Typically 5–10 business days
Includes printing, quality inspection, and packaging
Production times may increase slightly during peak seasons or special drops
Shipping Time
U.S. orders: 5–10 business days
International orders: 10–20 business days (varies by location and customs)

U.S.: 10–20 business days
International: 15–30 business days
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
*Note: Because we make everything on demand, requesting a size exchange would mean producing an entirely new product. Because of that, our return policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size. Thank you for understanding.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
